Leadership coaching is not covered under provincial health plans. However, many professionals access it through:

If you’re a corporate client, leadership coaching—especially when tied to productivity, communication, and performance—can often be reimbursed by employers. I can provide documentation or help you frame the conversation with your organization.

Confidentiality

Your coaching sessions are confidential and rooted in psychological safety. You can show up as your full self—whether that’s polished executive presence or messy middle of change—without judgment.
